What is EquiForm?

EquiForm is a blend of breathing mechanics, movement pattern retraining, and riding integration designed to give you the support, understanding, and simple changes to make you the rider you want to be.

Why Breathing & Movement Patterns?

We breathe, on average, 23,000 times per day. Done correctly, our breath actually activates our core and helps us build a support system from the inside out. Our movement patterns are our daily habits - how we get out of bed, brush our teeth, and pour our coffee. They are how we tack up, how we mount up, how we move with out horse. Usually, these habits are so smooth we don't even notice them.

But sometimes, they hold us in painful or restrictive patterns that negatively impact our position and performance. You see this when you lean too much to one side; or can't move your left leg back to ask for a canter, no matter what horse you're on; or when you grip so much you block how your horse moves; or you have so much tension that you can't communicate clear aids.

When we breathe better, we move better. When we move better, we ride better.

That's why I built EquiForm. We're going back to basics, back to our foundations, back to the beginning to build support, stability, and strength.

Hi! I'm Ashleigh.

 

I help horseback riders breathe better and fine-tune their biomechanics so that they develop better posture & polish their riding.

As a Breathe & Biomechanics Coach, I've successfully helped nearly 100 high school, collegiate, & professional athletes improve their breathing, align their spine, and up-level their performances.

I created this program to help ambitious horseback riders implement breathing & biomechanics adjustments in the saddle so they can maintain better posture, communicate more clearly with their horse, and surpass their current goals with ease.
