This program is powerful, immersive, and intense with high-touch support. To protect the integrity of this high-touch experience, do not apply if:

  • You want a quick, easy, one-size-fits-all routine.

  • You're already comfortable with movements like squat, hinge, breathwork, etc

  • You’re not ready to take ownership of your progress

  • You don't want high-level support and accessibility to Ashleigh

  • You are not coachable, or able to laugh at yourself a bit, or don't want to be a little uncomfortable coming out of your comfort zone.

  • You are severely mobility-limited and would be potentially unsafe with virtual coaching.

This is an application-only experience. I accept only four Back on Track clients per month to ensure optimal client focus and results.

If after completing the first three sessions and doing the work as outlined, you don’t feel a clear shift in your body or believe the program is right for you, I’ll refund your investment, minus the cost of the initial sessions.

 

To qualify, you must:

  • Attend your kickoff session + first two 1:1 sessions

  • Complete the assigned breathing and movement work during that time

  • Submit a short feedback form to share why it didn’t align
