I help active women beat back pain by fortifying their Internal Pressure System, supporting their bodies from the inside out.

As a Breathe & Biomechanics Coach, I've successfully helped nearly 100 high school, collegiate, & professional athletes improve their breathing, align their spine, and up-level their performances.

​

I created this program after searching for 20+ years to resolve my own chronic back pain. My pain impacted my beliefs in my body, my career choices, and my quality of life. Now, I support my body from the inside out, I've been pain-free for 7 years, and I don't let anything hold me back anymore.

A money-back guarantee is available if you decide to withdraw from the program after the first three weeks (halfway through the program). The refund will only apply to services not yet rendered.
