Get Back Your Back
Custom back pain recovery for the active, high-achieving woman who wants freedom from the limitations of chronic back pain.
Does This Sound Like You?!
You’re active. You train hard. You show up.
But that nagging back pain keeps slowing you down, stealing your confidence and your joy.

You’re not here for band-aid fixes anymore.

You want freedom.

You’ve done the chiro. The massage. The foam rolling. You’ve stretched, rested, flared up, and started over more times than you can count.
You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. This is not your fault.

You just haven’t been taught how your body actually works, and how to move in a way that keeps you strong, safe, and out of the flare-up loop.

Whether you’re chasing kids, crushing workouts, or riding your horse like a queen, you deserve a body that keeps up.
Get Back Your Back is where you build an internal pressure system that supports you from the inside out so you leave behind survival and step into thrive.
Once Upon A Time...
🔸 You’re constantly bracing tightening your body for every bend, lift, or twist, wondering “Is this the move that’ll mess up my back again?”
🔸 You avoid activities you love not because you want to, but because the fear of pain has taken over your choices; and you hesitate to try anything new because it could be fun, but it could also create pain.
🔸 You look strong on the outside, but inside, you’re walking on eggshells, never sure what your back will tolerate today.
🔸 You’ve tried stretches, adjustments, advice from every corner of the internet but you’re still stuck in the same cycle.
🔸 You feel disconnected from your body, like it’s working against you and the constant guessing game leaves you angry, discouraged, and tired of missing out.

Happily Ever After...
With the right support and a movement plan built for your body, you can feel strong, steady, and fully in control again, no matter your age or starting point.

🌟You move through your day with strength and peace of mind, no more bracing, flinching, or holding back.
🌟 You embrace activities you love and dive in to new ones without hesitation.
🌟You trust your body, every moment and everywhere: in the saddle, running errands, on hikes, with your kids or grandkids.
🌟You understand your body’s signals, and know exactly how to respond, without panic or fear.
🌟You are calm, capable, and fully present, free to live your life without the constant fear of hurting yourself.
How Does Get Back Your Back Work?
It's quite simple. There are 3 Key Steps to getting the posture & performance you want.
Build Your Internal Pressure System
Your center of gravity (the space between your navel and pubic bone) has zero deep muscles supporting your spine.

Instead, it has what we call your "Internal Pressure System."

Fortifying your IPS is our first vital step so you're supported from the inside out. This lets your tired, overworked muscles relax and find balance again.

1
Train New Movement Patterns
Old muscle & movement patterns are holding you back, and keeping you stuck in tension.
Our bodies are masters at compensation and will do anything to keep our eyes on the horizon and our spines safe.

It's time to create genuine stability by unwinding old patterns and training new ones. This involves teaching new brain-to-muscle communication, or motor control.
2
Strengthen Your New Foundation
Once you build true support & genuine stability, you are now free to safely build strength.
We keep our spines safe and our breathing centered as we scale the work you've been doing for the next step.

Together, we build on the foundations in Steps 1 & 2 to build functional strength that you can rely on every day, in all your favorite activities.

3
Missing even one of these steps means you won't have the support, stability, and safe movement you deserve.
But when you use all three in the right order and integrate them seamlessly into your regular routine...
That's When Your Body Goes Next Level
Meet Your Coach
Hi! I'm Ashleigh.
I help active women beat back pain by fortifying their Internal Pressure System, supporting their bodies from the inside out.

As a Breathe & Biomechanics Coach, I've successfully helped nearly 100 high school, collegiate, & professional athletes improve their breathing, align their spine, and up-level their performances.

I created this program after searching for 20+ years to resolve my own chronic back pain. My pain impacted my beliefs in my body, my career choices, and my quality of life. Now, I support my body from the inside out, I've been pain-free for 7 years, and I don't let anything hold me back anymore.

Let's get you back your back...and your life.

You are a TERRIFIC fit for Get Back Your Back if:
You are an active person! You love riding; you're happiest lifting weights; you love seeing what your body can do; you're eager to learn more; and you want to be your body's best ally.

You are passionately curious about your body! Our bodies want us to be safe and well; sometimes we just don't communicate super well. You want to decode and dive in and learn how to embrace the powerful tools you already have.

You want to be empowered. You are driven to work independently and commit to implementing suggestions into your daily life. You understand that no coaching program will work unless you implement the strategies being taught.

You want a better life. You've given up enough of your one wild and precious life to back pain, spasms, twinges, bracing, and missing out on time with family, friends, yourself.
Get Back Your Back is NOT for you if:
You don't really care about breathing, biomechanics, or learning about your body. You don't find it interesting, you don't want to learn more, you don't want to perform at a higher level.

You want someone to do the work for you - give you the massage, stretch your limbs, put you in your positions. You aren't read to take action on your own.

You're not going to do the work. You aren't coachable, you already know the answers, but you don't really feel motivated to make any changes.

You are comfortable with pain defining you. Change is hard, and sometimes it's easier to stick with the stories we believe about ourselves.

What's Included? In a 90-minute session, we begin unmounted. Bring your yoga mats! Over 45 minutes, I chat with the riders to get an idea of what they are working on, what is challenging for them, and what their goals are for the coming months. I ask about things like posture, tension, rotational tendencies, leaning/tilting, arching/hollowing, unclear aids, etc. We work on breathing, spine awareness, and how signaling different parts of our body can trigger better muscle movement patterns. Our second half is spent implementing new breathing patterns, biomechanics adjustments, and movement patterns in the saddle. This can look like spine alignment for better posture at walk/trot/canter; improving the quality & stability of the half-seat/jumping position; smoothing up & down transitions; and more. Riders will have the ability to sign up to work 1:1 with me in my private coaching series (virtually or in-person); auditors may ask questions in between sessions.

Flights must include oversize checked luggage unless a massage table can be provided, or your riders are comfortable lying on yoga mats.
