Find Yourself at a Bonfire Circle
Why Bonfire Circles?
One of the hardest parts of burnout, the messy middle, big changes or transitions, and muddy seasons of life is feeling alone.

But you are not alone. You are not the first or last person to go through hard times, to emerge unsure and tender. When we hear our experiences described by others who've gone through something similar, we feel known, seen, validated, less alone.

We are also busy, exhausted, and worn out from making decisions all day, every day. But we need creativity and outlets for our thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I hear women say all the time, "My therapist suggested I journal, but I don't know where to start."

In the Bonfire Circles, we have a monthly theme and I walk you through several prompts. You don't have to stare at a blank page and wonder where to start; I literally hold your hand and give you thoughtful questions to consider. You'll have 3-5 minutes to reflect and write, doodle, draw, etc. Then, if and when you feel the nudge, you can share.

Or you can sit quietly and absorb, be still, take a moment for yourself to do nothing.
There is power in community, and there is power in sitting by yourself, with your thoughts, in a quiet space. That is why we gather for a Bonfire Circle.
