Back Pain Propaganda We’re Not Falling For (Anymore) (Part 2)

Let’s pick up where we left off:

Back pain relief shouldn’t feel like a frustrating maze of advice that contradicts your instincts.

You’ve likely heard plenty of “solutions” that sound more like demands: stretch more, push harder, ignore the pain.

But if that worked, wouldn’t you be pain-free by now?

Let’s keep pulling back the curtain on the myths that keep you stuck, and what to believe instead.

🚫 Back Pain Propaganda #5: Stretch What’s Tight

The Lie: Tight muscles just need to be lengthened.

The Truth: Tightness is often a form of protection.

If your core isn’t supporting your spine, your body finds other ways to create stability, like locking up your hamstrings or clenching your hip flexors.

Pulling on that tension without addressing the why is like stretching a frayed rubber band: it won’t work, and it might snap.

🚫 Back Pain Propaganda #6: You’re Not Doing Enough

The Lie: If you're still in pain, it's your fault.

The Truth: You are not broken.

Your body is doing the best it can with the patterns it's learned.

You were never supposed to go it alone, white-knuckle through symptoms, or prove your worth through pain.

You don’t need to earn your relief. You deserve it, just as you are.

🚫 Back Pain Propaganda #7: “No Pain, No Gain”

The Lie: Discomfort means you’re making progress.

The Truth: Pain is a message. Ignoring it is not a sign of strength. It’s a missed opportunity to listen.

In my world, we don’t override pain.

We learn from it.

We decode it.

And we use it to create real, lasting change from the inside out.

Here’s the back pain truth:

You don’t need to earn your relief through pain, pressure, or performance.

You need a plan that honors your body’s wisdom and works with it, not against it.

🔥 Ready to trade confusion for clarity and finally feel supported in your spine, breath, and movement?

We’ll get to the root of your pain and design a path forward that fits your real life, not some outdated protocol.

Back pain isn’t who you are.

It’s a signal your body is ready for something new.

Let’s give it what it’s asking for, together.
