I remember sitting on my bed, crying, trying to pull on pants so I could go to work. But the pain was so intense, I gave up.
That day, I did all my client massages in a dress, sitting on a stool, popping Advil every six hours just to get through.
What I wouldn’t give to go back in time and remind myself to:
1️⃣ Cancel those appointments—because pushing through wasn’t the answer.
2️⃣ Coach myself on how to breathe better instead of relying on more pills.
I know firsthand how defeating it feels to have a debilitating back spasm, despite doing all the “right” things.
I know how hopeless it feels to go weeks—or even months—without pain, only for it to come crashing back from something as simple as picking up laundry or standing up from breakfast.
And I also know how AMAZING it feels to finally go YEARS without pain, spasms, or twinges—and to be stronger than ever.

You Don’t Have to Live in Fear of Your Back Giving Out
What if I told you that you’re only:
✅ 2 weeks away from understanding why your pain keeps coming back—and how to make it stop.
✅ 5 weeks away from relieving tension in your back and restoring balance.
✅ 8 weeks away from moving without fear of pain.
But I've already tried all the things. I'm not free of back pain.
I hear you. BELIEVE ME.
My back pain drove me to physical therapy. Chiropractors of allll kinds. Massage therapy. Myofascial release. Cupping. Acupuncture. Yoga. Lifting. Not doing anything.
My back pain experience also dictated what I felt I couldn't do, the sports I could and couldn't try, the careers I felt I could or couldn't have.
Back pain relief sent me to massage school so I could learn more handle my pain, and help others.
But massage ultimately wasn't the answer. In fact, none of those modalities worked for me. They provided relief, sure.
But you and I both know that relief isn't enough. We want solutions.
Lasting, impactful, solutions.
That is my mission:
Resolve my own back pain, and help other people feel as strong, capable, and exhilarated by pain-less life.
What was my first step? Breathing differently.
Breathing to create support for my spine. To allow my back muscles to do less work but the correct work.
That's the bottom line. My job is to teach you how to breathe better, then move better.
How does that sound?
If you’re tired of the cycle, of hoping your back stays “okay” while bracing for the next flare-up, I have 4 spots open this month to personally coach you.
This isn’t just another quick fix.
It’s a system designed to get you feeling strong, mobile, and in control of your body again.
