What's Included? In a 90-minute session, we begin unmounted. Bring your yoga mats! Over 45 minutes, I chat with the riders to get an idea of what they are working on, what is challenging for them, and what their goals are for the coming months. I ask about things like posture, tension, rotational tendencies, leaning/tilting, arching/hollowing, unclear aids, etc. We work on breathing, spine awareness, and how signaling different parts of our body can trigger better muscle movement patterns. Our second half is spent implementing new breathing patterns, biomechanics adjustments, and movement patterns in the saddle. This can look like spine alignment for better posture at walk/trot/canter; improving the quality & stability of the half-seat/jumping position; smoothing up & down transitions; and more. Riders will have the ability to sign up to work 1:1 with me in my private coaching series (virtually or in-person); auditors may ask questions in between sessions.

Barns 40-150 miles from Millis, MA: - Deposit of $150* - Minimum of 8 riders Barns 150-350 miles from Millis, MA: - Deposit of $350* - Minimum 12 riders - Compensation for overnight accommodations (hotel preferred) Barns 350+ miles from Millis, MA - Deposit of $700* - Minimum 15 riders - Compensation for transportation (flights & rental car/ride-share) & overnight accommodations (hotel preferred) Travel Policies: I consider 350 miles a "reasonable distance" for me to drive to a clinic, but overnight accommodations must be either provided or compensated. Travel over 350 miles must include flight, overnight accommodation, and either car rental or transportation. Flights must include oversize checked luggage unless a massage table can be provided, or your riders are comfortable lying on yoga mats. I will make my own travel arrangements and share receipts for reimbursement. I will prioritize expedient travel over cheap (ie direct flights over multiple lay-overs). Cancellation Policies Deposits are refundable until 7 days before the start of our clinic (ie the Saturday prior to a Saturday start) If the clinic is canceled before the 7 day period, I will refund the entire deposit LESS my travel & accommodation expenses (not applicable for clinics under 150 miles from Millis) Any clinic canceled within the 7 day period forfeits the deposit in full. The only acceptable reasons for clinics to be cancelled within the 7-day window are extreme weather events (flood, fire) or sudden outbreak of a highly contagious illness, such as COVID in the entire barn, Bubonic Plague, Ebola, etc. If I get sick. injured, or poor weather forces me to cancel or my transportation to be canceled, all efforts will be made to reschedule at the earliest & most convenient availability. If the clinics cannot be rescheduled within 3 months, I will refund 100% of the deposit.

EquiForm Unmounted WorkshopI've designed this workshop as an unmounted introduction to breathwork & biomechanics. Whether you have back pain troubles, want to improve your posture, or develop better calming strategies this clinic is a great introduction to EquiForm. Hosting a workshop before a clinic is a great way to gauge interest and build excitement for the next step! We dive right in to improving how we breathe, learning postural alignment cues, trying breathing exercises for different experiences, and figuring out what secrets our tight muscles have been trying to tell us for years. 60-90 minutes (depending on the number of participants and how much fun we’re having!) $75/pp Limit 10 people Auditing $45/pp Setting: Riding ring or field or other weather-appropriate space. What to wear & bring: - Athleisure/clothes you would wear to the gym/yoga/grocery store. - Yoga mat - Water bottle - Notebook & writing utensil if that's your vibe

I don't have a horse. Can I still participate?Yes! If a barn has a group of unmounted riders, it is considered the EquiForm Workshop. Limited to 10 people, the cost is $75/pp.
